The Eltrostatic Layer
Two layers of nylon mesh create a static charge as air flows thru allowing the entire layer to trap sub micron particles and dust, while still allowing for free air flow.

Antimicrobial treated; dry tactified polyester media. It’s AEGIS microbe shield eliminates the filter as a potential breeding ground for micro-organisms. Furthermore it doesn't just filter Mold it provides unsurpassed protection against bacteria, mold, dust mites, allergens and Bacteria.
In addition the BioSponge Plus features a special dual density design to allow for a extended 60 day filter life and a 60% increase In efficiency over regular BioSponge. Arrestance : 93% @ .50" w.g. Airflow: .19" w.g. @ 300 fpm.
Odor and V.O.C control pad options
Activated Carbon acts like a molecular magnet. It’s enormous surface captures and holds gases and odors. It adsorbs odors from pets, cooking, cigarettes, and chemicals.
The Zeolite Layer is a natural earth mineral thermally bonded to polyester. Zeolite has the ability to remove Volatile Organic Compounds. It is especially useful in removing Ammonia and ammonium compound odors such as pet odors and urine.

This "Health Smart" filter frame is guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and material FOREVER, as long as you continue to use genuine "Health Smart" pads in your frame.
If necessary ThePerfectFilter.com COMPANY will repair or exchange, at their option, free of charge, F.O.B. our Coral Springs office, any filter frame which will appear defective in material or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover any filter frame which has been tampered with or altered in any way, or which has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, corrosives, unusual operating conditions, accident or careless handling, heat in excess of 230 F., improper installation or repairs by anyone outside of ThePerfectFilter.com Company. |
